go jogging, do some boxing, find a punching bag, your hands are shaking because the toxins are running through your body. A cleanse is always helpful but that itself is hard too!
Take up a new hobby, when I stopped smoking I started dragon boating with the local team… made new friends, and I got to work out too.

No, we’re the only one talking about it!!!!!
Do you think they talk about it in Mexico? And if he mentioned it he would become persona non grata immediately. And he’s the one lecturing us on No Talk Rules, yet he observes No Talk Rules to the Authoritarian Political Correctness.
How does this guy live with himself?

It’s interesting that negative comments on material like this tends to be individual defense mechanisms, unrelated to the information and arguments presented. It’s similar to how some people would react to arguments to reduce pollution, “But you drive a car. Ha ha, I don’t have to listen to you.”

Can’t argue with the message? Find ways to diminish the messenger. The results of this guy’s message is changing thousands of lives for the better, “in this country” where the program was shown.

Now that is a great scene. Every time I visit the Buena Viista in San Francisco, and have a Irish cream coffee that they invented, it reminds me of this scene, and I often wonder what it must have felt like to be Andy Garcia, and kiss Meg Ryan, in the very bar that Marilyn Monroe, and Joe DiMaggio often frequented.
